What we collect
- Order details: name, email, optional phone number, what you bought and payment status.
- Builder answers you choose to purchase as a filled-in contract (stored with your order so we can generate it).
- Email address if you use the free legal check or contact form, plus your message.
- Answers typed into the free builder stay on your own device until you buy.
Why we use it
To process your order, deliver your downloads, answer your questions and, where you asked for it, send you useful updates. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Payfast, to process payments. Card details go directly to Payfast.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store data securely on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for at least five years for tax and accounting purposes. Leads and messages are deleted on request.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, template files are stored privately and download links expire quickly.
