Templates and guides are general information, not legal advice. Using them does not create an attorney–client relationship. You are responsible for checking that a document suits your situation and, where needed, having it reviewed by an admitted South African attorney.
3. Purchases
- Prices are in South African rand and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Payfast; we never see your card details.
- Downloads unlock only once Payfast confirms payment.
- Kontrak Pro is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time through Payfast; access ends when the subscription ends.
4. Licence
When you buy a template you may use, edit and sign it for your own business and clients as often as you like. You may not resell, republish or share the blank templates as your own product.
5. Refunds
See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the ECT Act.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kontrak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the templates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
