Because templates are digital files delivered instantly, they generally can't be returned once downloaded. If a file is faulty, won't open, or you were charged twice, contact us within [14] days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Kontrak Pro

Cancel any time through the Payfast link in your receipt or by contacting us. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the cooling-off rules in the ECT Act where they apply.
